8th March: Lecture "Paperless Working" - Sophia Antipolis
The lecture discusses the impact of ICT development in work through two examples, one resulting from research on giving orders in a police station, and the other from an operation relating to the design of an iPad application.
From these two examples, the initial conclusions are outlined as to the elements to be incorporated into the design processes for digital tools with regards both the theoretical and methodological aspects, as well as for the integration of new ICT into future work situations, particularly in terms of driving and managing change.
