The major new business district will offermore than 370,000m ² of offices, benefiting from a multimodal platform : Tramway, LGV and at 5 minutes from the airport. This business area will consist of two major sites:

The Côte d’Azur is a French metropolis offering the best incentives to investors.

A “PAT” regional incentive package for companies setting up business in the territory of the Plaine du Var has been approved until 2013. This package applies to new sites or site expansions, involving both manufacturing operations and centralized administrative activities and including HQ functions.

Moreover, a PAT incentive package for R&D sites remains available in Sophia Antipolis and within the whole Alpes-Maritimes department.
