The capital city of the Alpes-Maritimes, Nice is a centre for business and tourism, famous around the world for its quality of life and its capacity to host international trade fairs and congresses.

NICE MERIDIA

This new site, which is located in the Plaine du Var will further strengthen the attractiveness of Nice-Côte d’Azur area, through the diversity offered by the development of construction space covering around 190,000 m² to be built on a 22-hectare area.
NICE MERIDIA represents an economic project of 5,000 jobs.


Nice la Plaine

Only 5 minutes from Nice Airport, 15 minutes from the centre of Nice and close to two major highways, the Nice-La Plaine site benefits from a strategic location and a privileged environment. It is a major economic complex of 28 hectares, which includes three districts of activity stretching over 150,000 sqm: office space, business villas, activity halls and show-rooms. Small office buildings are surrounded by landscaping, opening onto a vast square for pedestrians.

PAL - the Park of Logistic Activities
The Park of Logistic Activities is located on 24 hectares with 60,000 square meters of warehouses, 6,200 square meters of offices, and 1,150 square metres of life centre for the users.

Nice Lingostière
Nice Lingostière offers a total area of 88 hectares, divided into three districts.

  • Carrefour Lingostière: 30 hectares designed for trade activities
  • Lingostière Center: a 20-hectare area.
  • Lingostière Glacière: an area of 25 hectares designed for craft and logistic industries.

Ariane
This district of Nice is classified as a free zone. The accepted firms will enjoy tax benefits and exemptions.
