Three Decades of Nice-Dubai Air Link: A Continuous Success
The resumption of Emirates’ A380 flights at Nice Airport since the end of March is a significant moment, celebrating 30 years of continuous service between Nice and Dubai. During this period, 2.8 million passengers have used this air link, testifying to its importance and popularity. The increased capacity and exceptional comfort of the A380 reflect Emirates’ commitment to providing a quality travel experience between these two destinations.
For 30 years, Emirates has gradually increased the number of flights to meet growing demand. Moving from three weekly flights to a daily offering, the company has operated 14,000 round trips since its establishment, with an average occupancy rate of 80%.
Emirates’ flexibility, offering connections to and from 140 global destinations, allows international and Riviera travelers to easily connect to the region and the world.
In addition to its role as a passenger carrier, Emirates ensures a strong cargo activity with the transport of goods, carrying daily between 15 and 20 tons of products, making it the leading cargo carrier from Nice.
