Virbac, one of the global leaders in animal health based in the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, announces the appointment of Manuela Rodriguez as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), effective April 3, 2023.
In this new role, Manuela Rodriguez will be responsible for developing and leading Virbac’s CSR strategy.
Her role will include overseeing strategies that address the three pillars of CSR – environment, social, and governance – and implementing the necessary transformations within the company across these three pillars. Manuela Rodriguez will also coordinate the reporting and communications related to CSR and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations on CSR topics.
Manuela Rodriguez brings thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including twenty-six years spent at Virbac. She will report directly to Marc Bistuer, Director of Quality and Compliance.
Abderrahman Benouhoud will take over Manuela Rodriguez’s position as Head of Investor Relations within the Finance department.
Manuela Rodriguez holds a degree from the SKEMA Business School and has a CESA (Certificat d’Études Spécialisées Avancées) in Management Control from HEC Paris. She began her career in the field of human health at Dow Corning before joining Virbac in 1995, where she held various financial positions, including Head of Management Control, Financial M&A Manager, Group Financial Projects Director, and Head of Investor Relations.
