Team Nice Côte d’Azur, the agency dedicated to the attractiveness and economic promotion of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, presents a positive review for 2024.
In 2024, the agency’s efforts resulted in 242 new contacts, 212 qualified projects, and the support of 25 new companies in their establishment within the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, leading to the creation of 274 jobs over three years.
These projects reflect the economic vitality and attractiveness of the metropolitan region for both French and international investors.

“The redefinition of our prospecting strategy, with a more targeted approach to key and strategic sectors for the region, is starting to bear fruit. This has led to the implementation of new action strategies, leveraging major international events such as the arrival of the Tour de France in Nice in July or the United Nations Ocean Conference planned for 2025, and strengthening our international partnerships with Tunisia, Italy, and Canada.
In 2024, we also launched a prospecting initiative specifically for the tourism sector, aligning with the objectives of our agreement with the metropolitan tourism office.
Our work will continue with a clear objective: to contribute to making the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis a land of endless opportunities by highlighting its economic strengths and unique quality of life to attract investors from around the world.”

- 56% of the companies established in 2024 originated from France, while 32% came from other European countries.
- The tech and smart services sectors led the way, accounting for 52% of new businesses, followed by healthcare at 20%.
