A Growing Network from Nice
easyJet continues to solidify its role as a key player at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, where it holds a 31.7% market share. Following the November announcement of a seasonal route to Düsseldorf, the airline adds two exclusive new routes to its summer 2025 network: Santorini in Greece and Lamezia Terme in Italy.
Santorini and Lamezia Terme: New Mediterranean Opportunities
Starting June 23, 2025, Lamezia Terme will be accessible with two weekly flights (Monday and Friday). Located in Calabria, this destination enhances easyJet’s Mediterranean offerings. Tickets are priced from €38.
Santorini, joining easyJet’s route map on June 25, 2025, will feature flights on Wednesdays and Sundays. A Cyclades icon, this popular summer destination will be served with fares starting at €40 per trip.
Nice-Düsseldorf: A Strategic Reminder
Previously announced in November 2024, the Nice-Düsseldorf route will launch on June 24, 2025. With four weekly rotations (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday), it aims to strengthen connections between the Côte d’Azur and Germany, supporting both tourism and business travel. Tickets, starting at €38, are already available.
A Winter 2024-2025 Full of New Offerings
In parallel, easyJet is expanding its winter offering with three new destinations from Nice:
- Madrid (4 flights per week starting October 27, 2024).
- Strasbourg (5 flights per week starting October 28, 2024).
- Lanzarote (1 flight per week starting November 2, 2024).
These routes confirm the airline’s commitment to providing increased connectivity year-round.
A Strengthened Leadership Strategy
With a total of 51 destinations and 4.6 million passengers in 2023, easyJet solidifies its position as the leading operator in Nice. By focusing on exclusive destinations and competitive fares, the airline meets the needs of a diverse clientele, from vacationers to business travelers.
