A New Cohort Focused on Generative Artificial Intelligence
Allianz France’s accelerator, located in the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice, has announced its latest selection of startups for the Fall Batch #24. This cohort emphasizes applied generative AI, targeting strategic themes such as health, climate, and education.
The startups selected for this program include:
- Bubble Teach: Transforms organizational documents into engaging, scenario-based e-learning capsules.
- Libertify: Makes complex documents interactive through artificial intelligence, simplifying client interactions.
- Matricis.ai: Offers AI dedicated to diagnosing endometriosis via MRI, developed with APHP and INRIA.
- UncovAI: Uses mathematical models to identify AI-generated content and distinguish it from human creations.
- Tellus AI: Helps decision-makers anticipate extreme weather events through models based on meteorological and hydrological data.
Pilot Projects to Strengthen Innovation
For nearly a decade, Allianz France’s accelerator has acted as a catalyst for innovation, collaborating with startups on tangible pilot projects. For instance, ANCRE, a partner of Allianz France, integrated a brain health app to prevent Alzheimer’s in individuals over 50. Another notable initiative: the quantum startup QbitSoft developed a project to improve Allianz’s responsiveness during floods. Lastly, Bkube, specializing in cybersecurity, created a backup solution to protect businesses against ransomware.
Significant Fundraising and Global Outreach
Since its inception, the accelerator has supported startups that collectively raised over €815 million. Its most recent success: BforeAI, which secured €15 million in April 2024 from SYN Ventures, a major U.S. cybersecurity player. Additionally, the accelerator organized an exploratory trip to Singapore in October 2024. This journey enabled five startups to meet investors, scale-ups, and accelerators while discovering trends in this innovative ecosystem.
Sylvain Theveniaud, director of Allianz France’s accelerator, summarizes this momentum:
“Artificial intelligence is an important lever for improving customer and employee experience. We aim to capitalize on this technology. Our selection is focused on applied and responsible AI, with startups addressing current issues like education, women’s health, or climate.”
A Committed Accelerator Driving Innovation
By focusing on current issues and integrating both local and international players, Allianz France’s accelerator continues to illuminate the trends of tomorrow. These startups contribute to innovation in critical sectors while strengthening their market position.
