This financing operation marks an essential step for the company, which stands out for its environmental commitment and circular production model.
This fundraising will enable NOLT to strengthen its digital “Direct to Club” offering and increase its impact on the sports equipment market.
A team of renowned investors
NOLT has attracted renowned investors, such as:
- Impact Business Angels dedicated to supporting impact entrepreneurship in France.
- Santiago Lefebvre, co-founder and CEO of ChangeNOW.
- Omar da Fonseca, consultant at beIN SPORTS and NOLT ambassador.
- Jean-Marie Piranda, former CEO of the FRIAL industrial group and former General Manager of Stade Malherbe de Caen.
- Fabrice Clément, entrepreneur and former president of Stade Malherbe de Caen.
- Clément Calvez, president of FC Sochaux-Montbéliard.
- Thomas Plessis, head of sales at ScorePlay.
In parallel, NOLT has secured an investment seed loan with Bpifrance.

A recognized brand
In October 2023, NOLT distinguished itself for the second time by winning the Refashion Innovation Challenge 2023, along with three other winners. This annual competition aims to promote innovative solutions in the recycling of textiles and footwear. NOLT’s award-winning project, “Maillot Infini,” is part of a circular approach and aims to transform used sports clothing made of polyester into recycled polyester thread This recognition highlights NOLT’s commitment to creating eco-responsible and circular sports equipment.
In May 2024, NOLT announced becoming the technical equipment supplier for the LNV for the next three seasons, providing uniforms made from recycled, recyclable, and reusable materials.
