This acquisition accelerates the company’s growth in Europe. It highlights complementary skills in France and will allow Alithya to create mirror teams in its French agencies, including Sophia-Antipolis. It also involves partnerships with new clients whose French subsidiaries are in Sophia-Antipolis and/or Paris.
Sophia Antipolis is one of the 10 agencies of Alithya Group with Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver in Canada, Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse and Paris in France. Sophia-Antipolis will become a skills center in Firms Architecture, in addition to already be the skills center in Java and .Net development for Alithya France.
Following the acquisition, Alithya France will employ dozens of engineers in Sophia-Antipolis, Paris, Aix, and Toulouse.
